📋 Description

• Author domain-authentic materials science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering tasks based on prior work • Build data rooms and objective grading criteria • Run tasks against AI models and analyze successes and failures • Iterate tasks until they effectively discriminate model performance • Collaborate with project leads and other domain experts to define quality standards • Participate in daily onboarding sessions and office hours • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading methods to test AI model reasoning

🎯 Requirements

• Senior expertise in materials science, including metals, ceramics, composites, characterization, or additive manufacturing; or electrical engineering (analog, RF, power); or mechanical engineering (design, CFD and fluids, heat transfer, pressure vessels, NDE, CAE) • Comfortable navigating ambiguity • Able to explain why a wrong answer is wrong • Must work as an independent contractor • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support • Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
