📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of four engineers focused on CI/CD infrastructure • Create a strong culture of operational excellence • Own Mercury's release pipeline end-to-end • Drive the strategy for improving build performance and deployment safety • Partner with other teams to design and deliver systems • Establish and evangelize release engineering best practices • Balance long-term platform investments with day-to-day reliability • Build and maintain tooling for compliance checkpoints • Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years managing engineering teams • Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD systems • Strong background in build systems, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code • Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments • Excellent cross-functional communication skills • Ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent
