📋 Description

• Generate and convert new business opportunities across the US market • Develop relationships with purchasing, procurement, marketing, operations, and supply chain leaders • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused packaging and labelling solutions • Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver against revenue targets • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors • Understand customer requirements and create tailored solutions that deliver value and profitable revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in business development and new business sales • Experience within the packaging, labelling, printing, or converting sectors • Track record of exceeding sales targets • Strong commercial and negotiation skills • Ability to engage with decision-makers at multiple levels • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills • Strategic approach combined with a hands-on sales mentality • Willingness to travel as required • Experience selling labels and labelling solutions, flexible packaging, pressure-sensitive labels, printed packaging, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, shrink sleeves, packaging materials and consumables, or contract packaging services
