📋 Description

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of strategic projects aligned with organizational goals • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize road maps and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Help create and maintain governance structures and establish enterprise portfolios • Oversee multiple complex finance and supply chain projects simultaneously • Define project scope, goals, risks, and success metrics • Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies for project execution • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions • Lead change management initiatives supporting organizational transformation • Define methodologies, templates, and controls for project teams • Report to the System Director, Finance Strategic Initiatives • Manage no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • PMP preferred, but not required • 3–5 years of progressive experience in a business setting, such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, On-site Operations, or I&T • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities • Advanced project management skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • High level of organizational and time management skills • Extraordinary interpersonal skills
