📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze financial results for Mercy. • Monitor organizational performance and manage the forecasting process. • Manage the day-to-day processes within the Finance department to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all reports. • Provide analysis and support to administration and develop analytical tools and reports for departments. • Recommend process improvement strategies and work simplification to ensure coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field • Minimum of five years accounting or financial management experience • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups • Strong communication skills • Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Knowledge of proper financial statement formats and disclosures required under GAAP • Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
