📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial information to support operational and strategic decision making • Provide financial support to the organization • Oversee and provide analytical support for the monthly close process • Coordinate and assist with the annual budget process • Prepare and review account reconciliations and annual audit schedules • Perform various other financial analyses • Report to the Manager of Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university • Minimum of five years accounting or financial analysis experience • Demonstrated knowledge with financial applications and processes • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to work with leadership teams • Ability to frame analytical questions, perform financial analyses, and communicate related results • Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently to meet project deadlines • Ability to work with and preserve confidential information • CPA preferred • Healthcare financial reporting experience preferred • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
