📋 Description

• Work on a variety of consulting projects for clients • Develop creative insights and implement processes • Drive tangible results and support operational, digital, and cultural transformation • Work independently and in group settings • Build effective relationships with clients and project teams • Translate information from meetings into documentation for participants and project teams • Create solutions for clients • Participate in training and coaching to develop analytical and consulting capabilities • Travel as needed, up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or another technology-related major • Exposure to Student Financial Aid processes or implementation is a plus • Technical aptitude is a plus • Strong analytical skills for translating meeting information into documentation • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients • Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and co-workers • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Flexible living location within the U.S.
