📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal peers, leadership, partners, and external stakeholders to lead Marketo and marketing technology automation implementations • Support platform governance and scalable marketing technology architecture with Solutions Architects • Configure advanced marketing automation solutions, including email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle, and audits • Conduct visual and functional quality assurance testing • Partner with client leads on communications, technical expertise, and deliverable updates • Create and document requirements based on client and project specifications • Design, deploy, and maintain bi-directional integrations between Marketo Engage and third-party systems • Evaluate and configure AI-driven features in Marketo Engage and connected tools • Monitor platform releases, martech capabilities, and AI advancements; recommend stack enhancements and process improvements • Ensure programs meet performance targets, maintain quality, and align with strategy • Provide data-backed platform insights for roadmaps and high-impact opportunities • Validate campaign, journey, and platform designs against data capabilities and intended outcomes • Identify implementation risks, data dependencies, and orchestration gaps • Develop presentations and technical design documents to gain stakeholder buy-in

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Martech or Marketing Operations • At least 2+ years of hands-on technical configuration in Marketo Engage • Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or able to obtain within 3 months of hire • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical requests on the wider ecosystem • Proven experience in an agency or internal consulting environment is a plus • Proven success leading client-facing calls and guiding technical discussions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Knak, or additional Marketing Automation Platforms is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
