📋 Description

• Develop and deliver integrated curriculum strategies supporting learners from onboarding through job success • Design, maintain, curate, and customize curriculum resources and end-to-end learning solutions across multiple tracks • Align curricula with industry standards, employer demands, learner needs, and current trends • Collaborate with Product, Coaching, Operations, Admissions, third-party content providers, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders • Use data insights and learner feedback to refine curriculum content, instructional methods, and learner support processes • Maintain consistent curriculum delivery standards across tracks in a virtual environment • Train and support coaches with current tools, content, and resources • Develop and implement innovative, scalable program models • Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and design experiments to optimize delivery and engagement • Communicate curricular updates and design resources and training for internal stakeholders • Manage subject matter experts and content development tasks as needed • Report to the Director, Program Experience & Innovation

• Innovative, data-informed approach to proposing and implementing projects • Project and data management skills • Practical, evidence-based problem-solving skills • Learner-centered mindset; previous coaching experience beneficial • Ability to develop and curate content and assessments • Stakeholder collaboration skills • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Commitment to Merit America’s mission and values • Ability to work collaboratively and responsibly within a team • Ability to support DEIJ initiatives in programs and curricula • Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research (nice to have) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (nice to have) • Experience developing curriculum for technical careers, including software programming languages (nice to have) • Must reside within the 50 U.S. states or District of Columbia • Full authorization to work in the 50 U.S. states or District of Columbia • Merit America does not offer employment visa sponsorship
