📋 Description

• Manage tickets and provide remote support • Provide hardware and software support • Manage networking and videoconferencing systems • Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires and departing employees • Procure and ship equipment to remote employees across the EU • Provide general technical assistance • Execute large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives • Administer, improve, and ensure the performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian • Manage and evolve hybrid systems and integrate them with cloud workloads • Administer and optimise SaaS and MDM tooling for a globally distributed workforce • Lead critical-systems incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews • Build and maintain automation to reduce manual work and improve system observability • Define and enforce security and access-control policies • Partner with Security teams on compliance requirements • Contribute to technical documentation and operational runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles • Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments • Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions, such as JumpCloud and Okta • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control • Ability to operate autonomously and make sound technical decisions under pressure • Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders • Applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including employment, education, and criminal record checks • Nice to have: Experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth tech environment • Nice to have: Exposure to security frameworks or compliance programmes such as SOC2 and ISO 27001 • Nice to have: Experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams • Nice to have: Experience across at least two major cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
