📋 Description

• Establish and maintain behaviors demonstrating Safety as a Personal Core Value • Design and develop control systems for automation, semiconductor, and industrial process applications • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete projects on time and within budget • Conduct arc flash studies to identify potential electrical-system hazards • Calculate incident energy at various points in electrical systems • Determine arc flash boundaries and hazard risk categories • Establish safe working distances and procedures • Document findings and create one-line diagrams • Maintain records of arc flash studies and related activities • Provide installation assistance for equipment and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Power Study Software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, or Microsoft Office • Electrical Engineering degree or other Engineering degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred • 2+ years of industrial experience preferred • Power and Controls experience preferred • Capability to read electrical schematics, layouts and grid plans for pump stations and compressor facilities • Capability to learn to develop effective, safe electrical diagrams • Ability to work safely and eagerness to contribute to a safety-focused team • Industrial field experience and strong knowledge of industrial control systems preferred • Industry experience in Semiconductor, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Agriculture, Metals, Mining, Paper, Data Centers, Health Care, or Food and Beverage preferred • Must be flexible and willing to work out-of-town with occasional overnight travel • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and drive regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations • Should be able to pass a fit for duty physical exam when required • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa • Must fluently read, write, and speak English
