📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure across 70+ clinic and corporate locations • Lead networking strategy and deployment using Fortinet and Zscaler, ensuring performance, redundancy, and failover • Administer and optimize Zscaler ZIA for secure internet access, zero trust network access, and SaaS application control • Manage firewall policies, centralized configuration, and firmware lifecycle • Implement and maintain fiber-primary and coax/5G-failover internet redundancy • Monitor network health and remediate root causes of clinic slowness, outages, and disconnections • Establish network standards, documentation, and configuration baselines • Define and report network KPIs including MTTR, uptime, outage trends, and ISP performance • Partner with security on ZTNA policies, access controls, and network segmentation • Support technology deployments for new clinic openings and infrastructure upgrades • Manage relationships with ISPs, Fortinet, Zscaler, and other network technology vendors • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to reliability and operational overhead • Perform other related networking duties as assigned • Travel occasionally for critical issues or growth • Participate in an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, particularly Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, and FortiManager • Experience deploying and managing Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA in enterprise or multi-site environments • Strong understanding of Fortinet products, including FortiGate firewalls, access points, switches, and FortiManager • Experience designing and managing multi-site WAN environments with ISP redundancy and failover • Understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP • Experience with network monitoring and observability tools • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex network issues • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, security, and operations teams • Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
