📋 Description

• Lead the development, integration, and deployment of secure, scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions tailored to federal mission requirements • Design and implement enterprise integrations, advanced Service Catalog capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven enhancements • Oversee release management, code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with NIST and FISMA • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions • Facilitate requirements workshops and technical design discussions • Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and design gaps throughout the development lifecycle • Evaluate platform capabilities, optimize performance, and recommend modernization improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance • 6+ years of designing and leading the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms across enterprise modules • 6+ years of experience translating business goals into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that have improved workflows, productivity, and service delivery • 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience • Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers • Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work • Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and overall ServiceNow best practices • Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
