📋 Description

• Lead client requirements-gathering sessions to define solution needs, business processes, and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping • Act as Product Owner for client solution development projects and MicroAge solution templates • Manage backlogs, define priorities, and oversee solution lifecycles • Lead solution validation, including test strategy, test case creation, UAT facilitation, defect triage, and go-live readiness reviews • Guide clients in automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven solution envisioning • Provide recommendations on technology adoption, process optimization, and solution feasibility • Lead discovery sessions, identify high-value use cases, and develop solution roadmaps • Educate and advise Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams on selling the consulting practice • Develop sales training, playbooks, messaging frameworks, value propositions, proposal content, and demonstrations • Collaborate with project managers on timelines, client expectations, resource coordination, planning, and risk mitigation • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings • Provide post-implementation support, client training, user documentation, adoption materials, and ongoing assistance • Maintain and improve solution templates, discovery artifacts, implementation accelerators, training content, and documentation • Partner with practice leaders, architects, and delivery teams to keep solutions technically relevant, repeatable, scalable, and commercially viable • Validate sales readiness, including pricing guidance, deliverables, value propositions, presentations, demonstrations, and collateral • Drive solution-template lifecycle management from ideation through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Solution Consultant, Product Owner, or related role • Strong experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design • Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Purview is highly desirable • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences • Experience working in pre-sales, consulting, or solution envisioning is a plus • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), preferred
