📋 Description

• Manage Delta-V developers and contract resources, including workload, priorities, and growth • Translate requirements into buildable work and technical findings into client-ready information • Run the build queue for emails, SMS, donor journeys, landing pages, forms, integrations, and tracking • Ensure requirements, assets, and access are ready before development begins • Create QA checklists, intake standards, requirements templates, and standardized build patterns • Manage client portfolio provisioning, access, credentials, 2FA, secure handoffs, DNS, and subdomain setup • Keep technical documentation current for unfamiliar accounts • Own technical onboarding from platform assessment through first sends • Lead migrations involving CRMs, donation platforms, or websites through post-migration validation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing technology, email production, or digital marketing operations • 2+ years managing developers or technical production staff • Conversant in HTML, scripting, and modern development workflows • Experience building processes such as checklists, intake forms, or QA standards • Comfort making decisions when documented processes do not cover the case • Steady under deadline pressure • Clear writing for requirements, documentation, and coordination
