📋 Description

• Resume-drop opportunity for candidates interested in a future career at Mighty Acorn Digital • Review submitted resumes and, where appropriate, add candidates to a pool for notification about future opportunities • Build digital services that help governments deliver resilient, reliable, and frustration-free public services • Specialize in modern software development, DevSecOps, and scalable infrastructure • Leverage automation to manage complexity, accelerate transformation, shorten feedback loops, and reduce risk • Work with government clients to improve digital products and services and achieve better outcomes for users and stakeholders • Potentially work on features and projects involving government agencies and vendor or agency teams

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently, sometimes under tight deadlines • Preference for transparency and ability to communicate directly and transparently • Ability to adapt quickly and cope with temporarily ambiguous situations as requirements change • Work must be performed from within the contiguous United States • Must hold active US citizenship or a green card • Must possess work authorization that does not require present or future visa sponsorship by Mighty Acorn Digital • Must pass a criminal background check before the start date • Fast (>100Mbps) and reliable internet connection • Dedicated workspace with background noise at an appropriate level for audio calls • Experience working with or in government agencies requested in the application • Experience working as part of a vendor or agency team requested in the application • Experience building and shipping a feature within the past year, including the technology, tools, goal, and outcomes requested in the application
