📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to screening to guiding candidates and hiring managers through each stage • Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, job boards, social media, and networking • Attract high-quality candidates nationwide • Consult hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices across 390+ locations • Drive hiring efficiency by proactively managing requisitions and staying ahead of market trends • Conduct in-depth interviews assessing qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills • Present structured, well-documented candidate summaries to hiring managers • Maintain relationships with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic talent insights • Utilize ClearCompany ATS and other recruitment technologies • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through smooth communication and coordination • Promote a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture aligned with company goals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience (3+ years preferred), in a high-volume environment • Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions • Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing • High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs • Unable to sponsor visas
