📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute provider education and engagement initiatives advancing Millennium's value-based care strategy • Serve as the primary operational partner to physician and operational leaders in assigned regions • Coordinate provider meetings, including POD meetings, Special PODs, leadership meetings, and provider engagement events • Partner with physician leaders to develop agendas, educational materials, and meeting content • Attend provider meetings, coordinate logistics, support presenters, facilitate meeting flow, and document follow-up actions • Coordinate post-meeting communications and action items • Support provider-facing organizational integrations, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives • Coordinate provider education and engagement activities during integrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation timelines, educational materials, and communication plans • Track project milestones and assist with implementation across assigned regions • Coordinate CME administration and provider education logistics • Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, SOPs, and provider communications • Monitor provider engagement metrics and prepare reports for leadership • Recommend operational improvements based on program performance and provider feedback
