📋 Description
• Assist regional Marketing Department with all aspects of backorder management • Weekly Backorder Reporting • Creation and Circulation of Customer Letters re: backordered products • Sales Force, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Liaison re: customer order inquiries and substitute products • Emergency escalation allocation and portal maintenance • Tracking global allocation quantities vs. projected allocations
🎯 Requirements
• Someone who has worked in Marketing, Supply Chain, or Customer Service • Good communication skills • Pleasant phone / email manners • Analytics via basic Excel functions • Data entry / familiar with SFDC software
