📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer chats, texts, and emails • Assist customers with order information, tracking, updates, cancellations, products, and website information • Address and resolve customer inquiries accurately • Use computer software and systems to access customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and securely handle payment information • Personalize interactions and build customer loyalty as a Journeys brand ambassador • Meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators • Protect customer data by following company policies and procedures • Perform other duties as needed to support business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and syntax • Ability to connect with customers and respond effectively to their needs • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while meeting performance goals • Ability to quickly learn, assess issues, and provide clear and accurate solutions • Professionalism in handling and de-escalating conflicts • Must be able to work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts during stated hours of operation • Tennessee residency required for the work-from-home opportunity • Dedicated, secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace • Desktop or laptop with SSD, Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processor, 4+ cores, and latest operating system • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Two functional monitors • USB/USB-C or fully charged Bluetooth headset • Integrated or external webcam • External mouse • Wi-Fi-capable cell phone and charger • Wired Ethernet connection only; public Wi-Fi not allowed • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload • Must pass the official system test using Google Chrome • Equipment and internet access are the applicant's responsibility and will be verified during onboarding • High school diploma or better
