📋 Description

• Take whole projects end to end: scope, build, ship, and own them • Build across the stack, including UI, API, data model, and long-running jobs • Make 3D in the browser fast and correct on real-world models • Shape the experience of building a part with an AI agent in the interface • Measure user-facing performance, reliability, and polish • Work daily with the CTO, engineering team, and Mimo • Participate in the full hiring process, including founder call, technical conversation, team conversation, references, and offer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building customer-facing products • Large contributions to codebases or projects that can be demonstrated • Depth in one side of the stack and fluency in the other • Interactive 3D on the web using Three.js or equivalent, with demonstrable performance work, or experience building and running back-end services, APIs, and data systems • React and TypeScript • Python back end with relational data modeling • Product judgment and ability to shape problems, make UX decisions, and ship without a product manager • Hands-on experience printing, machining, molding, soldering, or assembling real objects • Daily use of AI coding agents with a high bar for output • US work authorization required • Must not require visa sponsorship • May require US-person status for export-control compliance • No degree requirement
