📋 Description

• Interpret raw data, standardized test scores, and behavioral observations to support diagnostic impressions • Draft psychological and neuropsychological evaluation reports using structured templates and clinician feedback • Review and proofread reports for accuracy, coherence, grammar, and consistency • Refine report content for clarity and impact • Collaborate with evaluating psychologists to ensure clinical accuracy, completeness, and correctness • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance throughout report development • Adhere to company policies and manage sensitive information responsibly • Seek feedback and stay updated on best practices in clinical reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing skills • 1 to 3 years of report writing experience in a clinical setting • Strong familiarity with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria • Experience with pediatric and adult populations • Knowledge of psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures, including WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-4, MMPI-3, and BASC-3 • Ability to interpret raw data, standardized test scores, and behavioral observations • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines • Experience with EHR systems or telehealth platforms is a plus • Master's or doctoral training in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred
