📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between MKS2 and customers for all contractual matters. • Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. • Provide cradle-to-grave support for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts. • Draft, negotiate, execute, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, MSAs, and B2Bs. • Manage contract modifications, extensions, and closeouts. • Oversee company registrations, NAICS codes, and representations and certifications. • Perform pre- and post-award contract reviews for FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific compliance. • Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, customers, and partners on contractual issues. • Collaborate with program managers, legal, business development, and finance during proposal, negotiation, and execution phases. • Maintain customer relationships to support satisfaction and long-term success. • Maintain accurate records in contract and financial systems and maintain vendor portals. • Support proposal development with contract compliance insights. • Perform opportunity and pipeline reviews with the Business Development Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in contract management. • Deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS). • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency using all Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent preferred. • Military service or work experience within the Federal Government a plus. • In-depth understanding of GSA schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts, and IDIQ contract vehicles and their respective portals preferred. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Occasional travel may be required.
