📋 Description

• Maintain clear organization of all active contracts, including MSAs, contract terms, pricing tiers, reporting, and other contractual requirements • Prepare reports communicating contract status to project managers and department management staff • Evaluate contract performance, terms, expenditures, and deliverables • Ensure contract compliance with PWS, FAR, and other federal and state regulations; initiate corrective action when necessary • Forecast and take action on necessary contract actions, including modifications, COI, and representations and certifications • Collaborate cross-functionally, with program personnel, department employees, and key customers • Assist with financial tracking for all contracts via Unanet • Complete closeout activities for assigned contracts in accordance with regulatory requirements • Support the Management Team in creating and maintaining SOPs and department policies • Maintain understanding of local and federal regulations affecting contracts • Use Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and improve responsiveness • Perform other duties as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a related field plus 4 or more years related experience • Government and Commercial contracts experience • Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) • Experience with cost reimbursable, award fee and incentive fee contracts • Experience with Firm Fixed Price contracts • Strong communications skills, computer fluency, agile and effective negotiation skills with clear oral and written explanations • Ability to work a variety of complex issues at one time • Ability to be a leader with strong conflict resolution skills in a changing environment • NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM) or DAWIA is preferred • Experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other government agencies is preferred • Experience with business management software such as Unanet and Salesforce is preferred • Experience analyzing and negotiating complex agreements with customers is preferred
