📋 Description

• Establish and maintain the centralized knowledge repository for the CAM ESOM Support Cell. • Lead the lessons learned program and collaboration environment. • Implement role-based access and data security controls within SharePoint. • Design, build, and govern the CAM SharePoint site, including taxonomy, navigation, permissions, and document version control. • Curate and organize the Lessons Learned library, Training Materials repository, SOP library, and Job Aids hub. • Establish content lifecycle standards, including review cadence, approval workflows, and archival rules. • Onboard team members and stakeholders to the SharePoint environment. • Monitor SharePoint usage analytics and refine information architecture and reporting based on user behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 8 years of progressive experience • 3+ years administering SharePoint Online sites, including governance, permissions, and content management. • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
