📋 Description

• Support core growth initiatives on the National Revenue and Sales Operations team under the direction of the Associate Director of Revenue Operations • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery of sales and revenue operations programs • Develop project charters with stakeholder direction to ensure alignment with business objectives • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders • Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets • Coordinate meetings to support project progress • Facilitate communication and collaboration across sales, revenue operations, and other departments • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Support change management efforts for adoption of new processes and tools • Document project requirements, decisions, and post-project evaluations • Organize quarterly project achievements and share project impact with leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike) • Experience in B2B insurance is a plus, but not required • Experience managing cross-functional teams is a plus, but not required • Experience with stakeholder engagement and change management is a plus, but not required • Certification in project management methodologies is a plus, but not required • Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments is a plus, but not required
