📋 Description

• Answer phones and provide customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Review incoming voicemails for proper subsequent processing • Check and respond promptly and professionally to pharmacy emails and messages • Provide data-entry production support by interpreting and accurately entering prescription orders • Investigate and solve community and/or resident issues • Receive, assess, process, and/or schedule STATs and backups for urgent resident needs • Adjudicate insurance claims • Perform other duties assigned by management • Lead by example and adhere to CORE Values and MMP Behavior Standard • Encourage teamwork and promote company philosophy • Attend required company meetings • Complete required courses in the PRS compliance system • Perform required duties on a regular, predictable basis • Help maintain a safe and secure environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy, preferably in a long-term or managed-care setting • 1–2 years of customer service experience • Ability to stay calm, clear, and professional when handling upset residents, POAs, or urgent situations • Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Certified and licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois • FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM knowledge is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish rapport and work with others • Highly organized and attentive to detail • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines • Motivated, punctual, and reliable team member
