📋 Description

• Manage TA strategic projects, including project management, workplan development, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and delivery accountability • Own the TA project register and ensure initiatives are scoped, resourced, and consistently reported • Own end-to-end senior and executive hiring at Director level and above across functions and geographies when activated • Manage senior candidate journeys from first conversation through offer and onboarding • Maintain direct relationships with senior hiring leaders • Manage search firms and executive search vendors, including briefs, relationships, and shortlist quality • Coordinate complex cross-functional TA initiatives across TA workstreams, COEs, HR partners, and business stakeholders • Maintain executive talent market intelligence, including competitor moves and leadership benches

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders and real accountability • Experience sourcing, assessing, and placing senior leaders • Understanding of the full executive search lifecycle • Ability to operate at the most senior levels with discretion and handle sensitive information • Consultative approach to understanding executives’ businesses • Ability to prioritize and deprioritize under pressure • Excellent stakeholder communication skills • Executive talent market intelligence capability • Independent and self-directed work style • Ability to operate across time zones and support global executive searches
