📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders across Modaxo businesses to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding support • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit • Provide comprehensive candidate recommendations to hiring managers • Define job requirements and establish recruitment timelines and expectations with hiring managers • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles and critical positions • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a Modaxo Inc. brand ambassador • Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports • Stay informed about talent acquisition trends, best practices, and employment law changes • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives • Mentor and support junior talent acquisition team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a diverse range of roles, including technical, professional, and leadership positions • Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms, including passive candidate sourcing • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent and evaluate cultural fit • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency • Experience working in the technology or transportation industry is a plus
