📋 Description

• Network with and recruit healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner • Provide strategic support and client delivery to the Hospital/RevTech team • Source employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums • Network creatively and use social media to contact/search for applicants • Pursue active and passive candidates and search job boards • Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates • Screen applications and resumes • Interview candidates and complete reference checks • Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire • Ensure compliance with all employment laws • Document confidential information per HIPAA standards • Work closely with Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong contractor experience • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (orally and written) • Personable and professional • Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Ability to retain information • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-setting • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving • High school diploma or equivalent • Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another-related field (preferred) • Previous customer service experience (preferred) • Previous sales experience (preferred) • Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position (preferred)
