📋 Description

• Support full lifecycle recruiting activities • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify, attract, assess, and hire talent • Apply established recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and company policies to support business hiring needs • Support high-volume hiring for field-based, customer-facing, operational, and account support positions • Source and attract candidates • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience • Maintain systems compliance and reporting • Build recruiting expertise and knowledge of ICF's business and talent strategies • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with candidates and stakeholders • Pursue professional growth, stretch assignments, and development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume recruiting environments • 2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, compliance, and deadlines • Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining quality and responsiveness • Preferred: Bachelor's degree • Preferred: Experience with Workday, Beamery, ATS, and CRM platforms • Preferred: Experience sourcing through social media, networking platforms, and online research tools • Preferred: Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices • Preferred: Experience leveraging AI and automation tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle
