📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of hiring for clinical teams, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and LICSWs, across every market Daymark operates in • Partner strategically with clinical and operational leaders • Build talent pipelines and recruiting processes to hire exceptional clinicians quickly as the company scales into new markets • Run full-cycle recruiting, including defining roles with hiring teams, building outcomes-based structured interview kits, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and closing candidates • Support 30+ clinical and care team hires per month, particularly for new markets • Execute hiring manager kick-offs, interview scheduling, Greenhouse kit uploads, interview panel debriefs, and onboarding launches • Recruit market-based NPs, RNs, Virtual RNs, Community Health Workers, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants • Map oncology, value-based care, and health tech companies in new markets • Improve ATS usage, hybrid-team workflows, candidate experience, reporting, and recruiting scalability • Cultivate relationships and maintain pipelines of relevant talent • Train the team in best-in-class interviewing techniques • Own part of recruiting operations, such as reporting, candidate experience, or employer branding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience hiring clinical roles in fast-growing startups in the healthtech space • Experience within a value-based care company is ideally preferred • Understanding of clinical roles, licensure requirements, clinical judgment, and bedside manner assessment • Fluency in Greenhouse, Slack, and G-Suite • Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-volume environment • Experience building recruiting processes from scratch and adapting to shifting priorities • Ability to manage a high volume of open roles and candidates • Data-driven approach to diagnosing bottlenecks and improving outcomes • Proven track record of success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups • Strong relationship management and communication skills • Ability to thoughtfully challenge hiring managers and set realistic candidate expectations • Mission-oriented commitment to cancer care
