📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through recruitment • Drive all aspects of recruitment and talent management • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Connect candidates’ skills to meaningful work and career opportunities • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Provide candidates with information and tools to prepare for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Maintain expertise in in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local labor markets and workforce management dynamics • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • Experience hiring CDL Drivers is required • Experience hiring Field Technicians is required • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
