• Source, identify, engage, and screen physicians and other healthcare providers for nationwide contracted opportunities • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, professional networks, and other recruiting channels • Assess provider qualifications, experience, availability, geographic coverage, and fit for opportunities • Educate prospective providers on contracting opportunities, expectations, and partnership benefits • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing providers to develop sustainable talent pipelines • Partner with management, clinical leaders, and stakeholders to understand provider needs and develop sourcing strategies • Coordinate provider interviews and facilitate communication throughout recruitment and selection • Support provider contract negotiations within established guidelines and coordinate execution of provider agreements • Conduct initial orientation and familiarization activities during recruitment • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate information, and status updates in recruiting and provider management systems • Monitor recruiting activity and pipeline progress to support provider coverage goals • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, customer service, or other relevant professional experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders • Ability to build relationships and conduct proactive outreach by phone and email • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established goals and deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to learn applicant tracking, CRM, provider management, and other recruiting technologies • Preferred: recruiting or talent acquisition experience within healthcare, physician recruitment, provider networks, staffing, or a related environment • Preferred: experience sourcing and recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or other healthcare professionals • Preferred: outbound calling, inside sales, business development, or candidate sourcing experience • Preferred: experience with ATS, CRM platforms, internet job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital sourcing tools • Preferred: knowledge of healthcare provider recruitment, selection, compensation, contracting, or credentialing processes • Preferred: strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills • Preferred: experience developing and executing sourcing or territory recruitment strategies
