📋 Description

• Build AI-Native Tooling by implementing AI-driven agents optimizing CI/CD pipelines • Enhance Developer Velocity by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in development lifecycle • Advocate for Quality by Design ensuring new features are modular and testable • Ship High-Scale Infrastructure by owning development and maintenance of frameworks • Write high-quality Kotlin code to extend testing frameworks and AI-powered tools • Ensure operational excellence and high availability of Automated Quality Platform • Participate in deep-dive design reviews for new Android features • Implement LLM-based solutions for test orchestration and feedback loops • Collaborate with teams to align platform capabilities with engineering needs • Review code and provide technical guidance to peers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK • Demonstrated expertise in building or maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Espresso, Compose Test) at scale • Familiarity with CI/CD orchestration • A strong interest or hands-on experience in leveraging AI/LLMs to solve engineering productivity or quality challenges • Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous codebases and implement best-in-class solutions • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions across cross-functional teams.
