📋 Description

• Build AI-driven agents that optimize CI/CD pipelines and provide intelligent developer feedback • Identify and resolve systemic development-lifecycle bottlenecks • Guide product teams on architectural decisions that promote modularity and testability • Develop and maintain performant, reliable, easy-to-use testing frameworks used by hundreds of engineers • Write Kotlin code to extend testing frameworks and build AI-powered developer tools using LLMs • Own components of the Automated Quality Platform and ensure 24x7 availability of testing infrastructure • Participate in Android design reviews and advise on modularity and testability patterns • Implement LLM-based solutions for test orchestration, test-case generation, and autonomous test discovery • Partner with Product and Mobile Infrastructure teams • Review code and provide technical guidance to peers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, or experience with a PhD • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK • Solid understanding of modern Android architecture and the Gradle build lifecycle • Expertise building or maintaining test automation frameworks at scale, such as Espresso or Compose Test • Familiarity with CI/CD orchestration • Interest or hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLMs for engineering productivity or quality challenges • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous codebases and implement high-quality solutions • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate technical discussions across cross-functional teams
