📋 Description

• Develop Digital Engineering and MBSE technical courses • Create course outlines and resources including slides, self-paced tutorials, surveys, videos, and reference materials • Provide live webinar, live in-person, on-site, and recorded instruction • Teach MBSE concepts, tools, methodologies, SysML V1/V2, and digital transformation concepts • Provide class summaries and overviews • Develop self-paced tutorials, online references, and other class resources • Modify Digital Engineering classes for the Docebo external-facing site • Demonstrate Digital Engineering capabilities and processes during classes • Identify high-value Digital Engineering training opportunities • Identify recommended industry training • Oversee course reviews and updates • Facilitate technical classes and support other instructors • Provide technical career coaching related to proficiency paths • Develop Digital Engineering proficiency-path objective tests • Interface with students and internal or external project leads • Respond to student Q&A and provide technical examples • Travel to external customer sites as needed, up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent experience working in the Systems Engineering field • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a focus on Systems & Digital Engineering • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective public speaker able to present and explain technical information to a group • Experience with systems modeling in SysML • Awareness of the SysML v2 modeling language specification • Experience with SysML modeling tools • Awareness of SysML v2 tool availability and capabilities • Applicants must be US Citizens • Should be able to receive a Secret Clearance
