📋 Description
• Conduct new patient intakes • Set the tone for exceptional, compassionate care • Maintain detailed notes in the EHR system • Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups • Review food inflammation (IgG) and stool analysis results • Help patients adjust nutrition and supplement plans • Collaborate with the clinic team throughout the patient journey
🎯 Requirements
• Experience or knowledge related to patient intake and compassionate patient care • Ability to maintain detailed notes in an EHR system • Ability to coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups • Ability to review food inflammation (IgG) and stool analysis results • Ability to help patients adjust nutrition and supplement plans • Ability to collaborate effectively and support patient connection • Commitment to continuous growth
