📋 Description

• Take charge of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization • Communicate pre-employment requirements to new hires and provide instructions and guidance • Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and screenings, monitoring progress through platforms such as Smartsheet • File and organize pre-employment documents • Conduct 15-day and 30-day check-ins with new hires • Perform and track pre-employment and renewal background checks • Use HR platforms including ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage • Respond to and process assigned internal ticketing-system tickets • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members and departmental managers • Contribute to creating and improving onboarding SOPs • Maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive materials • Maintain project productivity and quality goals • Participate in other assigned projects or duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Two (2) plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with VRI team members • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds
