📋 Description

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural add. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Prepare job offers and navigate up front offer discussions with candidates. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. • Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and address onboarding-related questions. • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Bilingual in English/Spanish required. • Zero (0) plus years of experience. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment. • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
