📋 Description

• Provide timely and accurate support to the Sales team and customers regarding order status, product details, claims/returns, account status, pricing, and sales programs • Partner with Sales to evaluate customer-related issues and coordinate cross-functional resources to implement effective resolutions • Serve as a resource on product specifications, catalog content, performance metrics, and applicable building codes • Liaise between Sales and Category Management, Distribution, Pricing, and Sales Administration • Co-manage projects on behalf of the sales team • Facilitate information flow between business units and Sales • Create business documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Maintain customer and sales activity data in HubSpot • Create and distribute recurring and ad hoc sales reports • Support annual district sales planning for up to three districts • Participate in sales training programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service within a B2B or wholesale environment • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Strong desire and commitment to sales • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to interpret technical specifications • Basic understanding of engineering drawings • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work with a variety of personality types • Ability to work in fast paced environment
