📋 Description

• Lead a team of Nurse Educators and/or Non-Clinical Support • Proactively solve problems and provide world-class support and outreach through an omnichannel environment • Mentor and guide the team while managing business and client initiatives • Build and maintain client relationships • Provide clinical insights for content development • Foster MLS culture and motivate top performance • Oversee training components and implementation • Coach, empower, and motivate the team to improve confidence, product knowledge, and communication • Manage internal and client KPIs while ensuring consistent use of processes and procedures • Track and analyze team and individual performance • Maintain client operational practices and ensure compliance and quality standards • Collaborate with interdepartmental leaders on program updates and changes • Resolve incoming requests quickly to support client and vendor relationships • Perform quality audits, documented coaching, and feedback • Oversee Adverse Event Product Quality Complaint reporting and compliance/client follow-up • Manage work complexity and capacity to improve patient experience and quality • Hold documented one-on-one meetings and direct performance actions • Support overdue events and inbound call coverage as needed • Perform team tasks to coach to the highest standard • Deliver team performance reviews • Plan and lead team meetings • Manage queues, performance, service levels, and standards • Attract, hire, and maintain a high-performance team • Step in as needed to complete calls

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license with 5+ years of clinical experience • Previous work experience (minimally 2 years) as a clinical Supervisor/Manager in a telephonic environment and working interdepartmentally with proven ability to reach or exceed goals and team metrics • Telephonic patient education experience, including complex therapy education, required • Experience at developing and using motivational interviewing techniques • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry as it relates to telephonic nursing experience • Experience using several software applications within a multiple-screen environment including Microsoft products • Ability to pull multi-level reports and analyze and understand data to coach appropriate behaviors • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment • Effective communication in cross-functional, fast-paced environments • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and tasks using proper grammar and punctuation • Ability to work with teams covering multiple clients with unique process flows and vocabulary • Leadership, coaching, and employee feedback abilities • Knowledge of systems and independent troubleshooting ability • Experience being accountable to metrics in a real-time interactive environment • Experience with case management, cloud contact center, and workflow management tools • CRM, telephony systems, and outcome-measurement applications • Queue monitoring and performance tracking • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
