📋 Description

• Manage a team of material and supply planners in a category • Ensure mid- to long-term production and material plans are in place for assigned plants and lines • Prepare short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items • Manage, coach and develop a team • Meet KPIs including customer fill rate, finished goods inventory targets and waste objectives • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment functions • Deliver performance against master and detailed schedules, long-range plans, capacity considerations and material requirement plans using system tools • Participate in constructing supply reviews and escalate issues • Support and implement planning improvements to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction • Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Degree in Business, Operations Management, Planning, Logistics or another related field • 8 years of related experience • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience • Strong business acumen, ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment • Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle • Knowledge of leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts • Willingness to learn new ways of working and be hands-on using data and systems • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve plans • Ability to build effective teams • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel 75%
