📋 Description

• Design, architect, build, and deliver core pieces of Identity and Access Management • Lead projects from specification to delivery • Mentor and grow other team members • Improve the codebase, best practices, and design principles • Define priorities and focus areas, communicate them, and execute against them • Lead and contribute to complex technical projects and initiatives • Contribute a first pull request within the first week • Contribute to a large project within three months • Lead the design and execution of an independent project within six months

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focused on backend systems • Proficiency in a modern compiled programming language such as Java, Go, C#, or C++ • Willingness to learn JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern frontend technologies such as React and Redux • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Desire to collaborate with colleagues and mentor fellow engineers • Curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and intellectual honesty • Passion for problem solving and learning in computer science and software engineering • US citizenship and presence on US soil for anyone accessing customer data or metadata inside the FedRAMP Authorization Boundary
