• Build and nurture engagement in MWEG Central, MWEG’s private online community • Jumpstart conversations and connect members with one another • Develop programming, prompts, and volunteer support • Manage operational systems for member-facing communications • Serve as MWEG’s in-house Circle expert • Directly supervise the course creation specialist and member experience specialist • Serve as deputy to the director of communities • Provide continuity and coordination across the communities team when needed
