📋 Description

• Help design new Autonomous Vehicle features and continuously improve existing features for product performance and safety • Apply engineering best practices to design, analyze, and test critical AV features • Collaborate with product, autonomy, operations, and safety teams to define vehicle behaviors and design targets • Establish validation and verification suites across software integration, simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and closed-course test tracks • Establish performance measures and implement automated checks for controlled testing and in-service data monitoring • Drive safety analysis of feature designs • Root-cause issues observed during testing or on the road and help determine corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Control Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 1+ years of experience • Strong technical writing skills for root cause analysis, design, and verification goals • Experience with systems engineering and safety analysis processes • Pragmatic, results-oriented engineering mindset with ability to drive complex projects to completion • Hands-on experience with robotics validation testing, including HIL, SIL, and Integration SW Level • Proficiency with programmatic data analysis and visualization using Python, SQL, or MATLAB (ideally) • Prior experience working directly on autonomous vehicles or ADAS (ideally)
