📋 Description

• Create customer-facing external software releases • Execute the technical vision for software release and validation infrastructure • Build, maintain, and automate pipelines supporting software safety and reliability across the autonomous vehicle fleet • Implement and enforce shift-left quality gates • Ensure only stable, well-validated code reaches release branches • Partner with Autonomy, System Readiness & Performance, and Project Manager teams • Streamline integration of patches and bug fixes • Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related build inquiries • Execute the organization’s release strategy and maintain clean branching models • Improve release isolation and stability • Monitor release metrics, identify build-process bottlenecks, and propose data-backed solutions • Write and maintain automation scripts to enforce release quality and manage build compatibility across autonomy stacks

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and work experience • Strong proficiency in Git and Python • Advanced experience with CI/CD infrastructure such as GitLab CI or Jenkins • Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or complex software release environments • Ability to work within a highly technical team • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable code • Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders • Focus on building maintainable, production-ready systems • Experience with Cloud Simulation scaling and AWS application environments is a bonus • Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools is a bonus • Experience with simulation-based validation frameworks such as Applied Intuition is a bonus
