📋 Description

• Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and Motive’s competitive landscape • Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution • Ensure alignment across all go-to-market functions • Lead cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives critical to scaling the business • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and effective execution • Create analytical models and dashboards providing actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks and translate data into recommendations for optimizing commercial results • Leverage AI to drive scale and efficiency • Identify and address process inefficiencies • Design and implement solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and foster continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house experience at a SaaS company • Recent experience at a hypergrowth and rapidly scaling SaaS company • Recent Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus • Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills • Executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite • Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills; SQL proficiency preferred • Expertise with Google Sheets and Excel, including the ability to build data models • Proficiency in AI tools and comfort leveraging AI to maximize effectiveness of daily work • Exceptional analytical skills and intellectual curiosity • Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities • Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and demonstrated expertise in managing such projects • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments under tight and unpredictable timelines • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
