📋 Description

• Own the operational strategy and execution of the Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs • Maintain and continuously refine program frameworks, agendas, schedules, facilitator plans, and participant materials • Drive handoffs between Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Product, and Enablement • Build and maintain standardized processes and templates across regions • Oversee program logistics, communications, timelines, scheduling, and facilitator/subject matter expert coordination • Keep program content, tools, and resources current and aligned with business needs • Partner with Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, HR, and cross-functional enablement teams to support go-to-market goals • Serve as the primary operational contact for Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs • Facilitate feedback loops and recommend program changes based on stakeholder priorities and learner insights • Monitor and analyze readiness KPIs, including ramp time, productivity milestones, competency attainment, and learner feedback • Build reporting mechanisms and dashboards to show program impact and drive continuous improvement • Identify gaps, opportunities, and trends to improve program effectiveness and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Learning & Development • Experience in SaaS or similar fast-paced environments strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage large-scale revenue readiness or onboarding programs with operational rigor • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Highly organized and process-driven, with focus on systemization and repeatability • Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams • Ability to analyze data, create insights, and make data-driven decisions • Comfortable working at speed, navigating ambiguity, and building in evolving environments • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
