📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business-critical roles, from intake through offer and close • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on search strategy • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals • Use recruiting data and market insights to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements • Deliver a consistent candidate experience • Support inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting process • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners • Report to the Director, Sales Recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting within a technology or high-growth environment • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting and closing passive candidates across sales, specifically Enterprise sales and business functions • Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, search strategy, interview processes, and offers • Strong command of recruiting metrics • Strong command of ATS data hygiene • Ability to use recruiting insights to guide decisions • Ability to manage diverse priorities independently • Ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to solve complex hiring challenges • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
