📋 Description

• Build pipeline into AAA and AA studios experiencing animation bottlenecks • Identify decision makers, earn their trust, and understand studio production pipelines • Run tailored product demonstrations with product strategists • Carry an ambitious revenue target and exceed it • Gather and report market intelligence on studios, trends, and competitor moves • Own Motorica’s North American market and take the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and handoff to the engagement team • Set the technical direction for Motorica in North America • Lead Motorica’s presence and market expansion in North America

🎯 Requirements

• Track record selling into AAA and AA studios, ideally tools, technology, or services integrated into production pipelines • Knowledge of the North American games landscape, including publishers, studios, and decision makers • Experience growing a market and leading a market expansion • Comfortable working independently and remotely • Passion for exceeding goals • Based in North America (US or Canada) • Authorized to work in North America (US or Canada) • Ideally located near a major studio hub • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scaleup is nice to have
